Wallpaper Description:
I enjoy looking at Desktop Nexus wallpapers at this time of year. There are so many lovely Christmas designs! Decorated trees, ornaments, Santa & his reindeer, a merry snowman in a winter scene, brightly colored cookies & candy, and other cheery themes abound. What beautiful traditional Christmas legends and symbols!

But there is one story that is not only the story of the season, but the story of all time. One night, on hills overlooking the town of Bethlehem, a multitude of angels brought some humble shepherds tidings of great joy. A Savior had been born in a stable, in the town. The shepherds went to see for themselves, and found the baby wrapped in swaddling cloths lying in a manger, with his mother Mary and Joseph.

The birth of Jesus Christ and the start of his life on earth are really what this joyful holiday is all about.

Merry Christmas. :D
