Well, history repeated itself... A couple of weeks ago, I started playing around with a photograph of Christmas trees that I had taken at Bronners Christmas store in Frankenmuth, Michigan. I started playing with that photo, and I ended up with an abstract wall. This time, I had a nice photograph of brightly colored Christmas ornaments, also taken at Bronners. I had so much fun with the photo... but it sure looks different than it used to!
I did a lot of blurring and mixing... and then a star floated to the top of my screen. Well, that's what it seemed like anyway. I gave the floating star a couple of little friends. (Bob Ross, the joy of painting artist, used to give his trees friends when he painted, and I thought it was a good idea.
I ended up with a wallpaper with 3 stars that you feel like you can pull off of your screen. A very fun wall to make and to use!

PS. If you are interested in Star Wars movies and books, you may be interested in what my daughter had to say about this wallpaper. She says it looks like a Sarlacc monster who is ready to eat the big star. I can see the resemblance. Apparently, however, this Sarlacc decked itself out in Christmas colors.
