Hi everyone! We're hard at work trying to keep our community clean, so if you see any spam, please report it here and we'll review ASAP! Thanks a million!
To the people of Boston and of Massachusetts: I made this wallpaper a couple of days ago, because I am going through some rough times and many of my friends on Desktop Nexus are also. I know without any doubt whatsoever, that all of us on Desktop Nexus, are very concerned because of the tragedy at the Boston Marathon yesterday (Apr. 15th.) In fact, one of my Desktop Nexus friends was the first to let me know about the tragedy.
Please know that many of us are praying for you and we are grieved for you.
Sincerely,
CollieSmile from Michigan UPDATE: To the people of West Texas: I couldn't sleep last night. When I turned on the TV to watch something, I saw the devastation that you are going through because of the explosion at the Fertilizer Plant. Please know that people care and are rooting and praying for you, just like we are for the people in Boston. I'm so sorry that all of this has happened to you!
Please read my DN journal entry about these two tragedies.
(I uploaded this wallpaper design earlier today, (Sunday Apr 14) but I put the words in the description only. Here is the link to that wallpaper if you are interested:
I designed either wallpaper to fit well on a 1680 x1050 or a 1920 x1080 resolution. No cropping is needed.)
You'll Never Walk Alone
When you walk through a storm Keep your head up high And don't be afraid of the dark. At the end of the storm Is a golden sky And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind, Walk on through the rain, Though your dreams be tossed and blown. Walk on, walk on, with *Hope* in your heart And you'll never walk alone, You'll never walk alone.
(Words & Music by Rodgers & Hammerstein)
Thank you so much to all my friends on Desktop Nexus who have encouraged me in various ways, as I have gone through rough times. I'm in a storm again, but I know that with God's help I will make it through.
If you go through your rough times with God's help, you will never walk alone.

PS. I almost substituted the word *Christ* for the word *Hope* on this wallpaper. Many singers use the word Christ instead, when they sing this song. I usually do also.
I decided to leave the word "Hope" as it is, though I did capitalize it. That gives everyone the space to think upon or imagine their own special Hope, whatever it might be.
My own Hope does lie in Jesus Christ. There was a time when I did not have him in my life. Now I don't know what I would do without Him. I would feel so alone.
May the Hope that you walk with be as wonderful as my Hope is to me. If your own Hope doesn't give you fulfillment and peace, don't be afraid to call upon Jesus. He will not disappoint.
God bless you.
PPS. Here are two different recordings of this beautiful song. The first one is by the Celtic Women:

The one below is by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and has beautiful nature video footage with it.

I love this. It is from a song my sister used to sing before she was killed. It brings a sweet memory to my mind, and refreshes the knowledge that there is One who will love us through any and all circumstances. Thanks so much my friend, for this post. I love Jesus. Fav +1
