Baby, It's COLD, Inside & Out!

Wallpaper Description:

My State of Michigan, (as well as many other States and Provinces), is currently in the middle of a cold wave. As I'm in the process of uploading this wallpaper, it's 7 degrees outside with a windchill of 7 below 0. (The windchill was 15 below earlier today!)

I can't stay at my computer for long periods of time when the weather is like this. The room I'm in used to be a porch. I'm on a concrete slab covered by a thin layer of flooring and a carpet. It has large windows & is poorly insulated. It's 55 degrees in here. My feet can sure get cold in here, not to mention the rest of me!

Now you know exactly why I said on this wallpaper, "Baby it's Cold, Inside and Out!

PS. If I'm wearing this wallpaper on my profile, it means that I won't be on DN very much. Icy hands & feet are NOT fun!

PPS. If this wallpaper looks a bit familiar to you, there is a reason. I created 2 similar wallpapers in 2013 during another cold snap. This new one's at a 1920 x1080 resolution. The other two are 1680 x1050: but they also look good on my 1920 x1080 screen, if you download the original wall.

I mist this one. WOW! I can understand your problem. I hate feeling cold. Come to think of it, I also hate high temperatures. Anything over the 80F is too high for me.

PS Elaine, have you ever considered moving to Jamaica (for example) Doesn't matter how badly insulated your house is then - you could live in a shack on the beach and be warm all year through!
