Cabbage health benefits are; good for clearing the head, headaches, obesity, skin disorders, eczema, jaundice, scurvy, rheumatism, arthritis, gout, eye disorders, heart diseases, aging, and Alzheimer’s disease.

boiled cabbage can cause wind, if you are allergic to it.8)
