Whatever it means, it is very appetizing and healthy (horiatiki version with olives, feta cheese, onions and oregano, probably lemon/lime & as you said olive oil, virgin for me. I love that aroma)

horiatiki is called a salad with the ingredients I mentioned plus the most of them existed in the picture, and every restaurant serves it in Greece, especially during the summer where the ingredients are in season.
I don't know why that name is given, but etymological, hori'o means village in Greek. So, I guess that it is called "horiatiki" because the main ingredient which is the olive oil is produced in the villages where there are olive trees.

remove the egg, the bacon and the gouda cheese, and add olives, Feta cheese, onions, oregano and olive oil and it's a perfect Greek salad named "hori'atiki"
