A lot of fruit in one smoothie can spike your blood sugar and cause digestive problems. A good rule of thumb is to stick to avocados and berries. Swap the skim milk for almond milk, and you'll save 23 calories. But if you use whole milk, the calories in your smoothie increase by 66.

1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced.
2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries.
1 cup milk.
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt.
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice.
2 to 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
