Wallpaper Description:

The above wallpaper is the ORIGINAL work of Kagaya with the mermaid on the left. Just like the Goddess of the Sea upload, I am defending the right of the artist to have his work displayed with the correct placement of the character, in this case; so that we would see his point of view. Sometimes I do believe people make reversals of wallpapers then upload those because they do not yet have the permission of the original artist; of course that's a possibility about the many reversals I've seen on DN. Having said that, I am so far from accusing the person who challenged my uploads as having bad motives or a bad reason for the reversals. I actually think the reversals look good also.

This one above was the one he allowed to be distributed widely.

I included the note above to state my reasons for uploading such, in case my upload is challenged (again); at least I'm prepared for the next challenge, if any. To each is his own. This is the original and was allowed by DN. I hope you all appreciate the actual art works not just the modified ones, or reversals, which are not being contested by me, on the other hand. I don't want to be involved in politics and fighting about which upload is better so please let's just respect one another. This is just a wallpaper upload which was allowed by DN, period.
