As long as the wallpaper is allowed for distribution, especially the cc0 category, wallpapers may be modified, mainly by cropping/cutting, without disrespect to the artist. I don't know however, how the artist of this drawing would feel about a reversal of position, to the left; or a change in coloring. The person probably won't mind but who knows?
