Fault is final and nonproductive, that is it seeks justice for wrongdoing

Blame is shaming to reach a positive outcome so, it is more productive and positive

they say; you can't blame people for telling the truth but you can blame them for not telling the truth and so on

so this sign sounds contradicting at first but you could also blame someone for something they didn't do and then admit it, so it tells a lot:):) I would expect this to be a line from a politician;) good one, Lorina
