Its all about God and what scientists believe in, isn't it?
Evolution theory is false (no link between ape-human found yet) but they simply don't want God in their life:D That's what this is all about

Personally, I can see both systems working (Globe and Flat Earth models) because God can do whatever he pleases and sees fit:)

Since all science is based on theories the challenging of them should be welcomed

THEORIES ARE NOT A FACT BUT A PROPOSED MODEL OF HOW THINGS WORK

Gravity exists, electromagnetism exists and these can be measured to a precision but WHAT they are, WHY they exist and HOW come nature didn't destroy itself (matter-antimatter paradox) WHEN THE LAW OF ENTROPY SEAMS TO RULE THE UNIVERSE, no one can answer! 8)

On a Globe Model of Earth, gravity is caused by the balances of; centrifugal and centripetal force, spin of the Earth(1,000K/h) and air pressure of our atmosphere

Think about it 1,000K/h is very, very fast Centripetal force pushes everything towards the center of the globe, centrifugal force throw everything outwards form the center, so that could be cancelling each other and then atmospheric pressure pushes on us downwards
It is very much like what divers experience under the water

All gasses create density, which creates pressure because it has mass/weight So that's why this model looks very believable and may be it's true

On the other hand, Flat Earth model also looks believable; water level is always flat, it doesn't curve, dome above us is our atmosphere, moon and sun could be small lenses which are energized by God's inexhaustible source of power and could be inside our atmosphere Solar system may be inside our atmosphere as much smaller rocks, as would all other rocks we call meteorites and asteroids Stars could be also something else and not the hot, fiery burning furnaces

This debate must be left opened if we seriously want to know the truth about our world/universe

In a Flat Earth Model, there is no universe/ Big Bang, galaxies or other universes but Heavens and Earth :)
