Claude Monet (* November 14, 1840 in Paris; † December 5, 1926 in Giverny, also Oscar-Claude Monet or Claude Monet Oscar) was a French painter whose average period of the style of Impressionism is assigned. The early work to the middle years of the 1860s consisted of realistic images, some of which Monet exhibit at the Paris Salon was allowed.
