It makes you wonder what she is tearing up about. Her iris kind of looks like the earth (being a greenish-blue gem floating in space, or at least I'm reminded of such I've seen some wallpapers on here with the earth as the iris of the eye). Perhaps she is tearing up for all the suffering there is in the world.
I know I may be overanalyzing this, but many of the wallpapers here are like works of art (and I used to be in art). And I think it's open to interpretation and let imagination try to explain.
