this will sound stupid and for some impossible but i found if you abandon love the hate tends to fade i still desire but never attach myself any more I still feel happy and sad but not on deep levels my sorrow is shallow and happiness is evident but never flourished and this is how i avoid all emotional pains never again will words hurt me if you try this just know you'll lose the happiness in your life as well
