Used in Angola against the SADF to back in the late 80.s .. sweet weapon .

Dragonov svd sniper chambered in 7.62 x 54r. Developed in '58 if i remember correctly. still used by the Ruskies and many of its sattalite nations. I think this is a Romanian copy because of the lack of a bayonet lug

Soviet? Soviet union did not yet become at the end of 80. Although a rifle appeared yet from those times. But on an extent since then to today, the new improved model was produced each time. On it on a picture you from the first time will not be able to understand what year of issue model of rifle.
