this is how the lunch menu is commonly displayed at West Sumatra, Indonesia. rice at upper left as main course accompanied by various fishes, shrimps, also chicken. this picture was taken at Riau, a province next to West Sumatra whose populations are mostly from West Sumatra. the way of displaying the dishes is the same, but the menu is bit different. in Riau they provide more fishes while original West Sumatra provide beef, lambs and chicken.
