This brings back memories. When I was growing up, I had grandparents who lived in the heart of Saint Louis. My family visited them at least once a year.
I remember when the Arch was being built. Each time we went to Saint Louis, we eagerly checked on it's progress skyward. When it was finished, we got to go up in it. I loved it! What a view! It's too bad that heights make me dizzy now. f +1
I've always liked the St. Louis Sky Line due to the Arch esthetics and it's location. I was an over-the-road trucker for quite some time, and when my daughter road with me occasionally, she always called it "The Arch of Death", which always amused me! Quite the sight though, eh? Thanks for the shot!
