I have seen this picture tagged as a Drow once before. Should anyone like see more of this dark hero inspired by Michael Moorcock, I suggest looking up cover art by Michael Whalen. He did some of the best cover art for the Elric Saga novelettes. The individual in the picture is Elric holding one the black runes blades. The sword is known as Stormbringer.
